  • Which size should I order?
    When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website. Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise, so if you wish for an oversized fitting we would recommend for you to order a size larger than your perfect fit.
  • What is our return policy?
    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to our warehouses unless the product is damaged or does not match the description. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following products: Jewelry; Sale items or gift cards; Products that are damaged out of their original packaging; Items that are damaged or altered; Items returned without prior notice; Intimate items: products that come into contact with the body, such as underwear, swimwear, or personal care products, for hygienic reasons; Items that are not in their original condition: items that are damaged, altered, or used beyond the bounds of reasonable inspection; Personalized items. To start a return, you can contact us at info@fastlanecreative.nl. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@fastlanecreative.nl Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We do not offer refunds. If you wish to return an item, you will receive a store credit for the value of the item upon approval.
  • What payment method do we accept?
    We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
  • Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
    If you are one of the lucky ones who has a discount code, take advantage of it! This should be included at the beginning of the checkout. However, you can’t use more than one discount code in your purchase, and discount codes can’t be applied to items on sale.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    After placing your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it. However, you can return your order. For the conditions, see shipping & delivery. Have you entered an incorrect address? Contact us as soon as possible so we can make changes before it is shipped. Please note that this is not our responsibility. Always check the address you provide. If you want a different item than the one you ordered, we can adjust it to a product of the same value in consultation with you.   • A product is currently out of stock. Will it be available again?
    Aaaiiiii you missed your chance. Unfortunately, out-of-stock items typically do not come back in stock. This way, we keep our drops nice and exclusive.
  • What is the production and delivery time?
    Good question! As you might know, we are against overproduction in the fashion industry. That’s why we only complete and make your textile after you place your order, specifically for you. Therefore, we have a delivery time of 5-7 business days. We take the time to ensure the quality of all items. If you think it's taking too long, the store with the messy shop and sucky staff probably has some nice clothes for you too:)
  • Why haven’t I received a shipping confirmation yet?
    After you place an order, we will automatically send a confirmation to the email address you provided. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    National standard delivery: Delivery times usually take 5-7 business days If your order is less than €99,99, the shipping costs will be €6.95. In case your order exceeds €100, the shipping will be free. International standard delivery: Delivery times for the rest of Europa are 7-10 working days If your shipment is international, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the origin. If your order exceeds 200€, shipping will be free.
