Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returned items can be sent directly back to us. The return address is: Rootven 34, 5066 AW Moergestel, The Netherlands. Please make sure to contact us first before we can accept a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to our warehouses unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

• Jewelry;

• Sale items or gift cards;

• Products that are damaged out of their original packaging;

• Items that are damaged or altered;

• Items returned without prior notice;

• Intimate items: products that come into contact with the body, such as underwear, swimwear, or personal care products, for hygienic reasons;

• Items that are not in their original condition: items that are damaged, altered, or used beyond the bounds of reasonable inspection;

• Personalized items.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

To receive the refund for the returned item(s) correctly, the returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached. If this is not the case, we will not be able to refund your purchase amount.
