What You’ll Receive

To keep things fair, here’s what you need to know before submitting a claim:

Normal wear and tear is not covered under this program.

Please apply as soon as reasonably possible after the damage occurs. We don’t enforce a strict time limit, but claims may be declined if an excessive amount of time has passed.

The 40% replacement discount is based on the original price you paid for the item, verified through your order record.

This program applies only to items purchased directly from independentstudios.nl or an Independent Studios showroom.

Purchases from authorized retailers outside Independent Studios are not eligible.

If you purchased directly from independentstudios.nl, please contact us using the same email address associated with your account so we can retrieve your order details.

If you purchased from an Independent Studios showroom, you’ll need to upload a valid receipt or tax invoice with your claim.
