We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to our warehouses unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

• Jewelry;

• Sale items or gift cards;

• Products that are damaged out of their original packaging;

• Items that are damaged or altered;

• Items returned without prior notice;

• Intimate items: products that come into contact with the body, such as underwear, swimwear, or personal care products, for hygienic reasons;

• Items that are not in their original condition: items that are damaged, altered, or used beyond the bounds of reasonable inspection;

• Personalized items.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. If you wish to return an item, you will receive a store credit for the value of the item upon approval.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95 and €6.95 for packages that don’t fit through the mailbox.

Shipping costs to Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, and Spain are €11.00.

Shipping costs to other European countries are €18.00 (excluding Bulgaria, which costs €24.00).

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Independent Studios (Fastlane Creative Events) is not liable if the wrong address was entered during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we made an error, we take full responsibility for the original order made for you at no cost.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME

We aim to produce your order within 2,5 weeks (pre-order). Shipping will take approximately 1 to 2 days.
